Graphite falling film absorber is mainly used for gas absorption, especially for HCL gas absorption.
Graphite falling film absorber is mainly used for gas absorption, especially for HCL gas absorption.
It could be used as falling film evaporator when the service side is steam to improve the evaporation efficiency.
The shell of service side could adopt anticorrosive treatment which is suitable for multi-effect evaporation or MVR falling film evaporation system.
Block hole type and tubular types are both available for clients’ option.
* According to the different process materials, corrosive mediums could be applied in both process side and service side
* Choose different graphite impregnants to endure different mediums
* Excellent heat transfer and thermal expansion coefficients
* The liquid is distributed through overflow distributor, forming an excellent liquid film for a better absorption
* Heat transfer area could approach 1000m2
* Anti-abrasion after surface treatment
* Lower pressure drop
* Venting both for process side and service side
* Standard design, larger heat transfer area is available through increasing graphite blocks or tubes
* We could dispatch the spare parts in a short time upon to customer’s requirement, as we have a proper quantity in stock
