50%→99%NaOH technical flow process

We adopt the "pre-concentration + final concentration" process. After the flow of the 50% raw caustic soda solution is stabilized through the control valve and flowmeter, it is transported to the pre-concentrator, where the concentration is increased to 61%. Then, the concentrated caustic soda solution is pressurized by the concentrated caustic soda pump and stabilized through the control valve and flowmeter before entering the final concentrator, where the concentration is further increased to 97.5%. The molten caustic soda with a concentration of 97.5% exiting the final concentrator enters the flash tank through differential pressure. After flash evaporation, the concentration reaches 99%. It then flows into two caustic soda flake machines through the caustic soda solution distributor, where it is processed into caustic soda flakes. These flakes are then weighed, packaged, stacked, and stored as 99% caustic soda flakes.
