32%→99%NaOH technical flow process

We adopt the "two-effect evaporation + pre-concentration + final concentration" process. The 32% raw caustic soda is transported to the II-effect falling-film evaporator through the raw caustic soda pump, where the concentration is increased to 47%. It then passes through the 47% caustic soda pipeline and the I-effect condensate water preheater to the I-effect falling-film evaporator, where the concentration is further increased to 61%. Finally, it is transported to the final concentrator by the concentrated caustic soda pump and evenly enters each falling-film tube. During the descending process, the caustic soda solution is pulled into a uniform liquid film by high-speed steam and undergoes heat exchange with high-temperature molten salt, resulting in dehydration and forming molten caustic soda. Afterward, it undergoes thorough separation from superheated steam in the finished product separator. The molten caustic soda enters the caustic soda distributor through gravity, and after adjusting the flow rate with the caustic soda distributor, it is distributed to two caustic soda flake machines to produce caustic soda flakes. These flakes are then weighed, packaged, stacked, and stored as 99% caustic soda flakes.
